You are invited to attend an event to honor the life of Dr. Mehrdad Mashayekhi, Professor of Sociology at Georgetown University, who passed away on October 5, 2011. The program is primarily in Persian and will include statements by friends and colleagues in the US and abroad. Live music (instrumental and vocals) and refreshments will be provided.
