Abdi Ayati owns his own Computer System Architecture Company here in Rockville Maryland. He finished his high school in Tehran’s Alborz high in 1974. He came to the United Stated, that year, and finished his Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical University. He and his company have been contracted by some of the largest companies around the world: MCI, AT&T, Verizon, British Telecom, & Ford Motor Company. Recently, he has been involved with financial giants such as Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac. In 2008, he was awarded the 2010 Census Bureau project as the lead Data Architect. This project is one of the most important and politically sensitive projects in the Federal Government. He is currently contracted with a private company in California designing a series of products for a Social Network Site whose goal is to speed up the democratization process in an ever expanding virtual universe.
