The Spring to Health is a community wide Health Fair for the Iranian-American community within Virginia, Maryland, and Washington DC areas.
This Community Health Fair will provide Blood Pressure, Glucose, Cholesterol, Vision, Hearing, and Dental screening along with information on health education and resources, including Nutrition, Exercise demonstrations, and other services.
This Health Fair is free and open to the public.
