Mr. Fatemi is an attorney with vast experience in handling immigration, family law, criminal defense and personal injury matters. He received his law degree from Thomas Cooley School of Law, J.D. in 1998 and his BS degree from University of Maryland in 1992.
Mr. Fatemi is the founder of Anthony A. Fatemi, LLC, a law firm in Gaithersburg Maryland, established in 1999.
His Bar Admissions are with U.S. District Court 4th circuit and Maryland Bar Association. He is a member of American Immigration Lawyer Association and Civil Justice of Maryland. He is a member of the board of directors of Iranian American Bar Association, DC Chapter (2nd term), and Counsel to Maryland State Bar, Immigration Section (2nd term).
In the area of immigration, Mr. Fatemi has worked on such matters including H-1Bs, PERM labor certifications, deportation & removal proceedings, post conviction relief, many immigrant and nonimmigrant employment categories including investor visas (EB5), company transfers (L-1/L-2), treaty traders (E-1/E-2) and many others.
