Dr. Dr. Seyed Shahram Iranbomy will be a speaker at The Women in Law Conference 2023

Dr. Dr. Seyed Shahram Iranbomy is a successful German-Iranian Attorney and a European politician with doctorate degrees in Law and International Relations and Social Sciences. He is the founder of Conflict Management International Association LLC, serving NGOs with legal and cultural conflict management worldwide. Dr. Dr. Iranbomy is a Special Representative for Anti-discrimination of the Foreigners Advisory Council, Frankfurt am Main.
He works tirelessly to improve the situation of women with migration history adressing their universal right and empowering them by the rule of law.
Paragraph 3 of the preamble to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights summarizes the right of resistance as a sanction for the disregard of human rights through arbitrary rule. A universal right of resistance – Widerstandsrecht - revolutionsrecht - can also be derived from this if specifically women in any state are threatened and oppressed because of the existence Tyrannei in our society.

Dr. Dr. Iranbomy will analyze and discuss the influence of women, particularly Iranian women, for creating peace, security, equality, and justice within the rule of law and how elderly and disabled persons are protected and empowered within this legitimate sociopolitical legal systems.
Female lawyers can contribute to improving women's rights, especially with regard to age and disability, by advocating for the rights and needs of women with disabilities.
A study shows that women with disabilities have less participation in the labor market and therefore need special support.
Women lawyers can work to create inclusive work environments and advocate for the implementation of laws and policies that protect the rights of women with disabilities.
