Psychology Seminar by Dr. Peyman Raoofi Doctorate in Clinical Psychology

Dr. Peyman Raoofi holds a Doctorate and Master's degree in Clinical Psychology from Alliant International University and a BA in psychology from California State University, Northridge. He has many years of experience working with children on the spectrum of Autism/Asperger, and Mental Retardation. Throughout his trainings for intense psychosocial interventions he has been trained for ABA methodologies and DTT program in treating children with challenging behaviors. In addition Dr. Raoofi has worked as a social worker with elderly population at an Adult Day Health Care Center. UNICEF and Relief International are other organizations that Dr. Peyman Raoofi has been actively involved to help disadvantaged children on a global level. He is a lifetime member of the Psi Chi National Honor Society in Psychology, Golden Key International Honor Society, recipient of President’s Volunteer Service, and UNICEF Honorary Ambassadorship. Dr. Raoofi is currently serving on the Board of Iranian Psychological Association of America (IPAA), and Los Angeles County Psychological Association (LACPA), Profamily Group, and as President of Child Foundation USA.
Dr. Raoofi is currently chair of two committees of Membership and Young-Professionals at United Nations Association Pacific-LA.
