Patogh #3 will be held in nature and it is going to be a Picnic in Stanley Park and we are going to play games, do sports, enjoy the sun and the beautiful spring of Vancouver, have fun, and most importantly we are going to have our Annual General Meeting (AGM) in which the new Executive Team will be elected.
Some quick notes:
- Please bring your own food, snack and drinks (we will provide some small snacks only)
- Please bring games and any entertainment accessories that you can think of :)
- Please be on time because the nomination and election will start on time and we don't want to miss anyone
- Anyone can be nominated for any position that they want so feel free to nominate yourself for Exec positions (we will write down the nominees at the beginning of the day)
