Our Tools for Happier life, A 5 weeks Group learning about how to find the true self through meditation.
Mindfulness is a practice offering us tools for dealing with the daily stress, life challenges, and search for the authentic self. With exercise of mindfulness we manage to have further self belief, sense of appreciation for the self and others, while having extra awareness in exploring avenues to a more satisfied life. In these five weeks we check into our soul and thoughts to learn how to increase our strength and self control. Relaxation techniques, meditation, and small group conversation is part of our journey in this 5 weeks. Confidentiality rules are a must. Do not worry, if you miss one session you can always come back to that session as our program is ongoing.
Cost: 30.00 for each session, 140.00 for 5 weeks.
