A familiar boy-meets-girl story in the crucible of violent political clashes in Iran. In June 2009 (Khordad of 1388), Amirali and Aida, two students, two lost souls, find each other. They struggle to make sense of their mutual affection in the midst of chaos of a nation. Will they be able to protect their burgeoning love against the circumstances? Will they be able to protect it against themselves? We will leaf through their story year by year.
