Legacy and Diversity of Persian Music
Born in 1956, Hamedan, Kamal has started music and continued his graduate studies in principles of music composing at the Teheran National Music School, Faculty of Fine Arts University of Tehran and the Royal Conservatory of Music in Toronto. In these three centers he got familiar with Piano, Flute, Harp, Tombak, Kamancheh (Iranian traditional music instruments) and Violin.
Kamal is a founder of Nava School of Music and has worked with Nava Ensemble and Choir since 1987. He has more than 30 years of experience as a music instructor and a composer and has worked for Iran's national television and radio as an expert in the field of music. He started working with Iran Choir as instructor and conductor from January 2007.
