UNSOC warmly invites Rozita Hassaniserkani to give her story and first hand experiences as a female Iranian lawyer. As well as sharing her story and life experience working in Iran, she will be sharing some keen insights on:
• The difference between Western and Sharia law systems, including the death penalty and stoning
• The unconditional and unlimited province of Supreme leader
• The relationship between Sharia law and the Quran
• The subjugation of women: discrimination against women regarding to death penalty, blood money, restrictions on women’s freedom of movement
• Children rights: specifically, children criminal responsibility and death penalty
