The 5th Annual Noor Film Festival is coming to Seattle for the first time on September 15 & 16!!There will be two 2-hour long showings each day at the SIFF Cinema at the Uptown, consisting of a variety of Iranian and Iranian-American movies. Single showing tickets cost $10 and can be purchased at SIFF Cinema Uptown website. Event Passes are discounted at 40% and are good for both days, all four showings.
