This event is to organize the "I Support #IranDeal" photoshoot and campaign in Seattle.
As you probably know the opponents of the deal are spending millions of dollars in lobbying and ads trying hard to sabotage the deal. The goal of this campaign is to make our voices as Iranian and/or American citizens be heard. Specially the voices of the Iranian dissidents who oppose the regime and are critical of its track record in human rights violations and corruption but support the deal.
In this event we will be writing messages, take a few group shots holding a large "I support #irandeal" sign, and record some short videos of individual messages of whoever wants to contribute. The plan might slightly change and expand as the weekend approaches. Please let us know if you have some creative ideas you want to try.
Based on a preliminary poll I have selected Saturday afternoon at 4 PM. It is at the same location as the "Seattle Iranian Festival" and there is going to be a Bernie Sanders rally in the area and hopefully we can get better support.
