9th Annual Norooz/Iranian New Year Celebration!
Please join us at the University of Washington as we gather to welcome Spring, and celebrate the New Year on Friday, March 16th at the UW Tower. A delicious variety of the best Persian cuisines from Rumi Restaurant will be served for dinner, and followed by traditional Iranian desserts and chai. We may also have a surprise performance. Join us as we gather around the traditional haft-seen table with family and friends, and dance the night away to music and light show put on by DJ KamyR and DJ Sk and celebrate the end of Winter quarter! We will also have photographers as well as a photo-booth.
**Food includes: 3 kinds of rice, chicken and beef kabob, gheiyme, khorosht sabzi, salad and masto khiar
