The Orange County Chapter is hosting a dinner and panel presentation entitled: "Diversity on the Bench: The Path to a Judicial Position From a Minority Perspective."
This is an opportunity to join an intimate dinner with five Iranian-American judicial officers, followed by a panel discussion led by the judges. The judges will discuss their legal experiences, what led them to their decisions to pursue judicial positions, and what steps they took in attaining their goals. The judges will also discuss any biases or barriers they encountered in attaining their judicial positions, and provide insight on overcoming bias in the legal profession.

Cost: $35/person, which includes a buffet dinner. Attendees will receive 1 hour of MCLE credit in the category of Elimination of Bias.
