In compliance with the current Bylaws of SABA, Inc., the next annual general body meeting of members will be held on Saturday November 15, 2008, 5:20-8:00 pm in the principal office of SABA located at 4415 Fortran Ct., San Jose, CA 95134. All members are invited to attend.

2) Report by Board of Trustees and Board of Directors,
3) Introduction of candidates
4) Election of new Board of Directors - 9 positions, and Trustees - 1 position
5) Questions and Answers,
6) Dinner
Any person who wishes to be a candidate for the position of Director or Elected Trustee must file or email a letter of intent with the SABA Secretary
