On Sunday, July 17th, there will be an intimate evening of classical Persian music with two classically trained Persian musicians, Pezhham Akhavass playing Tombak, Daf & Percussion and Behfar Bahadoran on Tar.
The Red Poppy Art House is a very small, modest and intimate gathering spot for collaboration and experimentation in the deep Mission area of San Francisco. This setting allows for a deep and soulful exploration of music in both a solo and improvisational setting.
