Persian Aerobics workshop consists of movements inspired by Persian and International dance moves performed to range of lively International, mostly Persian, music. This high-energy aerobics workshop is based on Persian modern and folkloric dances such as Azeri, Kurdish, Arabic and Bandari dances and participants experienced the masculine flavors of these wildly popular and spirited dances. Modern and traditional dance steps are blended with basic fitness moves so everyone can participate and it would be easy to follow. Such as other aerobics fitness classes, the music played in this class is energetic which motivates the participants to move, workout and burn calories.
