AIAP members are cordially invited to join us for the annual picnic. This is a token of appreciation to our members. Enjoy a day in the Mission Bay Park with Persian food, adults and children games.
The food will be provided based on the number of RSVPs. Thus if lunch is desired, please make your lunch RSVP at your earliest convenience. Our food supplier cannot support non-RSVP orders.
Important notes:
1- The deadline for lunch RSVP is Wednesday, Aug. 22nd.
2- RSVP is required for all attendees. This process will require a PayPal payment for everyone, however, the member payment will be reimbursed to the members within 2-3 days after the picnic in appreciation of our members, subject to show up.
3- Non-members should directly purchase their tickets through our website.
4. Lunch will be served at 2:00PM
Who can attend: The event is open to everyone. For lunch tickets, please RSVP online by Wednesday, August 22nd, 2018.
