Happy Norooz!
Every year Iranians all over the world celebrate Norooz on the first day of spring! This tradition is more than 3000 years old and starts weeks before Norooz with “Khune Tekuni” and continues weeks after with “Did o Bazdid”.
This year we are going to celebrate Norooz here at URI for the third time. We will have a “Norooz Festival” to share Persian culture with you. Please join us to celebrate Norooz for a night full of music, dance and of course Persian food!
