March 17, Friday, at 18:00 - 20:00 in the Crystal Hall of the Russian Centre for Science and Culture in Prague will hold a concert dedicated to Navruz.
Nowruz - the first day of the new year on the solar calendar, a holiday of spring, the vernal equinox. Navruz is celebrated as in Russia, and at the state level in the Turkic and Persian states.
In the program: Traditional dances and songs of Turkic people (Tatarstan, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan and other Turkic peoples), including the haunting voices of opera soloists.
After the concert, guests will be offered a variety of traditional sweets.
