Rah-eleh Saneie on "Nationalism, ethnic performance, and diasporic subjectivity"
Rah is an Iranian- Canadian video, net and performance artist. She started as an identity-based photo artist and moved into performance and experimental performative video. She always uses her body and image, whether it be multi-media and multi-character work that is interspersed with cinematic elements like b-films and film noir or relational performances that rely on participatory engagement.
