The Mehregan Festival or the Festival of Autumn is an ancient Persian fest which is dedicated to Mehr (or Mitra), the goddess and symbol of light, friendship, faith, love and kindness. Over 20 artists will bring you a memorable afternoon. The programs will
be presented in two sections: art performances and exhibitions of visual arts. At the exhibition you can take a hint of the art of Iranian paintings, graphics, calligraphy and handcrafts. At the art performances, seven different music, dance and drama groups make you familiar with arts and cultures of some ethnics group of Iran. The Festival closing ceremony will be live music and dance.
