Persian Arts and Cultural Society of Ottawa (PACSO) is a not-for-profit, non-religious, and non-political organization which aims to improve the understanding of Iranian culture and to encourage tolerance and dialogue within the Iranian–Canadian communities by providing arts, cultural, and educational events. Our mandate is to fulfill and foster the creation and production of art for the benefit of all Ontarians, in accordance with the mission of the Ontario Arts Council.
Our next Iran Day will be held at Ottawa City Hall on June 17, 2018 from 10 AM to 11 PM. This event includes various programs to entertain the community, such as introducing and showcasing Iranian artists’ paintings, publications, photography, handcrafts, and Persian cuisine.
There would be amazing performances including piano recital, folk and traditional dance, and Iranian pop music throughout the day.
