Potluck dinner (halal food please), games and fun for children and adults! Their will also be a lecture by Mr. Subash Khanijow a former Yuga Instructor, which will start at 6:30pm.
Subash Khanijow has retired from working life, and as an Electrical Engineer in the Silicon Valley since the year 2000. Since then he has concentrated himself on Meditation, in particular Vipassana Meditation. Prior to that he has taught Yoga for about 5 years at various places: Adult schools, Sports Clubs, and at Corporate America Companies eg. Sun Micro Systems, Nortel and like. He has given talks at Lions, Kiwanis, Rotary Clubs among other organizations. The subject of his talk will be Meditation.
