PROGRAM SCHEDULE:
5:30-6:00pm -- Maghrib Prayer (Prayer Room)
6:00-7:00pm -- Dinner (Dining Hall)
7:00-8:45pm -- Program (Prayer Room)
8:45-9:30pm -- Azadari and Closing Prayer (Prayer Room)
Baby sitting will be provided from 7:00 pm until 9:30 pm during the length of the program. Please note that it will not be available during Maghrib prayer or during the dinner hour.
Our program will be held in both English and Persian (Farsi). The English lecture will be done by special guest, Sister Gilbert* and our Persian (Farsi) lecture will be done by Hujjatol-Islam Dr. Rahim Nobahar.
*Sister Gilbert has been practicing Islam since 1982 after studying the religion a few years before. Since then she has loved reading translated Islamic texts. Since 1989 she has been teaching English and reading courses throughout different community colleges in California, but her primary job was devoting her time to raising her six daughters.
