Join us on March 12th at Asia Society to celebrate Norouz and Spring together with music, dance, story time, arts and crafts and more!
We are delighted to announce that Hani Niroo will be performing beautiful Norouz Songs for children at this year’s event along with Ava Nazar, Yahya Alkhansa and Martin Shamoonpour. The program will also include an interactive story time about Norouz by Sara Nodjoumi and Kurdish dance performance by J-hoon Music Ensemble.
On the eighth floor, children will meet Amoo Norouz, enjoy more live music and engage in a wide variety of fun activities designed by a group of talented artists. They can go to the "Chaharshanbeh Suri" room and jump over make-believe fire, decorate eggs, make clay fish and help set a giant Haft-Seen with their friends. There will be plenty of other workshops and activities for children to enjoy!
