Release & Renew Weekend Workshop in NYC

This workshop is a fusion of rigorous and organic dance technique with embodied spirituality set to magical Middle Eastern and World music grooves.
Friday night session opens with a performance ceremony by Banafsheh, and Tony Khalife followed by guided dance and movement, culminating in a dance party.
Full weekend workshop is open to people with some experience in dance or any movement practice. Appropriate and beneficial for dancers and movers on different levels: professional dancers; dance, yoga and all movement teachers and students.
Friday Night Session is open to everyone regardless of background in movement
Please bring soft-soled dance shoes or socks
$50 Friday night only
