The Program in the Iranian Studies at Yale in collaboration with the Foundation of Iranians in Connecticut (FIOC) has organized a program on Saturday April 20th from 6-8 pm to discuss this tragedy and inform the community about the legal channels we have selected to provide financial help.
The program includes:
1. A talk by Dr. Kaveh Madani (Dr. Madani is an environmental scientist, educator, and activist, working on complex human-natural systems)
2. A Panel discussion on health and social effects of natural disaster with Q&A
3. Persian music by Afshin Goodarzi and Katayoun Kamyab
4. How to help victims of recent flood in Iran Q&A
