Persian Arts and Cultural Society of Ottawa (PACSO) will celebrate Mehregan, an ancient Iranian Festival on October 13th 2013 at the amphitheater of University of Montrea with collaboration of "Foundation Culturelle Libre Expression", Persia Town", "Cafelitt" and "Hafteh Magazine". The Mehregan Festival or the Festival of Autumn is an ancient Persian fest which is dedicated to Mehr (or Mitra), the goddess and symbol of light, friendship, faith, love and kindness. Over 40 artists will bring you a memorable afternoon. Severlal different music, dance and drama groups make you familiar with arts and cultures of some ethnics group of Iran.
