6:00pm to 7:30: Portrait Session and Social Hour
7:30pm to 8:30pm: Event Introductions/ Performances (lights will go down during this time so please arrive early in consideration of our wondersul performers!)
8:30pm to 9:45pm: Food Service
9:45pm to 12:00am: DJ and Dance
12:00am: Event Conclusion
Parking is available at the adjacent University Avenue Ramp.
