There shall be a Two-Day Musical Event Hosted by Iran’s House of Art at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
The first night of this two-day event consists of screening two documentaries by the Iranian Director, Mojtaba Mirtahmasb, portraying the lives of musicians in Iran. “Back Vocal” represents Iranian female vocalists and “Off Beat” relates to underground rock musicians. The documentaries shall follow with a lecture by Mamak Khadem, a female Iranian vocalist, who will speak of her own personal experiences.
