ONLY 3 PLACES LEFT
For the entree, you will learn to make different varieties of Noon Panir (stuffed pita rolls) including with walnuts, fetta and fresh herbs (vegan options available!). You will also experience Hamed's authentic Persian dip... yummy!! For the main course you'll prepare Yatimcheh (which literally translates to "little orphan"), a simple yet outrageously delicious eggplant dish. Plus you'll learn to make Persian felafel from scratch! For dessert, Hamed will show you how to make a luxurious halva. This is a super yummy vegetarian and vegan friendly class. We recommend skipping lunch!
