Shahram Nazeri, also knows as "chevalier" is an internationall acclaimed Iranian classical singer and composer of Kurdish Iranian music. He was one of the first vocalists to set Rumi's poetry to Persian traditional to nearly four decades ago, thus establishing a tradition of Sufi music Shahram Nazeri is one of the first musician to set contemporary poetry traditional art music as well as being the first to compose music using Maughami.
