Introduction
Convened four decades after the untimely death of 20th-century Iran's arguably most influential woman poet, this international conference will gather scholars from Europe, North America and Iran to explore Forugh Farrokhzad's literary and broader cultural impact both during her lifetime and in the forty years since her passing.
