Journey into the 7 primary elements that define Mystical Dance and how they relate to your energy anatomy. Drawing primarily from contemporary Persian dance, Flamenco and ritual movement, explore the elements as they correspond to each Chakra, gaining more awareness of your energy antamoy: Grounding, Shaking, Alignment, Circles, Waves, Bowing and Spirals. Bring veils.
Pre-requisite: Background in dance and movement.
