IGSA is proud to invite you all to our Nowruz celebration! Come and join us in celebrating the Persian New Year! We would like to thank Graduate Student Government of USC for sponsoring this event.
We have many spectacular performances and shows planned. Special guest "Tehran", a well-known Iranian-American comedian, will be performing. In addition, Koobang Ensemble will be performing traditional music, followed by traditional Persian dance choreographed by YasamanDance. These exciting performances are only a precursor to our delicious Persian dinner! Dinner will include a gourmet Halal buffet with the following dishes: Koobideh Kabob, Chicken Kabob, Gheimeh Stew, Ghormeh Sabzi Stew, Saffron rice, and salad. DJ AARAA will help us dance the night away by mixing some up-beat songs!
