Fared Shafinury is a critically acclaimed, award-winning composer, lyricist, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and virtuosic Persian setar player. Joined on stage with an international Ensemble of world class crafted musicians, Shafinury will perform a hundred year ontology of Persian classical music, ranging from the early 19th century Ghajar dynastic period royal court music to a pop friendly post-modern interpretation of Persian diaspora to music. releasing his third full-length album, Into the Night, the concert will spend two hours of music, evoking the classical form to wildly different genres of music that come together.
