Guided by Mystical teachings and the teachings of Rumi and Hafez, inspired music leads us from a thorough warm-up to ancient and new rituals of shaking, waves, reverential bowing and free-form. We open our Heart and unleash our creativity through liquid yet grounded movement, whole body undulations, and sensing our chakras.
