This cultural festival is to celebrate and commemorate Cyrus the great day.
Cyrus the great is a historical figure who has not only inspired the greatest leaders of the world such as Julius Caesar, Thomas Jefferson and Benjamin Franklin, but his wisdom and guidelines have been a base for all humanitarian and moral policies in the world, such as UN Commission on Human Rights led by Eleanor Roosevelt.
