Acclaimed chef Louisa Shafia will be signing copies of her new book—The New Persian Kitchen—on Saturday, April 20 at the LA Times Festival of Books with the Traveler’s Bookcase
at Booth 78, south of Tommy Trojan and across from the LA Times tent at USC.
In her latest book, The New Persian Kitchen, Louisa Shafia draws on her Iranian heritage and expertise in healthy, seasonal cooking to demystify Persian ingredients like rose petals, dried limes, tamarind, and sumac and create a fresh, bright, beautiful cuisine.
