Oscar winning actor Sidney Poitier will be appearing with Life As a Visitor author Angella Nazarian at the Beverly Hills Civic Center on Sunday, October 18, 2009 - 3pm. The theme of the event centers around the subject of Ms. Nazarian’s recently released book – a look at the universal journey we face in finding our sense of ‘home’ in our community and within ourselves.
