Starter: Roasted Mediterranean vegetable tart with goats cheese, pepper coulis and young rocket
Main: Scottish salmon pave, herb crust,served with special rice including Kookoosabzi ( Iranian vegetable) egg/herb frittata and slices of lemon -Rice to be served in bowls in Centre of table
Dessert: Peach Melba cheese cake with raspberry crumble and coulis
