The University of Leeds Iranian and Kurdish societies have come together to celebrate Nowruz together for the first time ever!
The event includes:
- 3 course meal
- Traditional chai and shirini
- Traditional (sonati) music performance by Sahba Music Academy band from Manchester
- DJ Pasha (Facebook page - DJ Kurdistan)
The event is on Sunday 18th March and will kick off at 7pm sharp.
We will be joined by other Kurdish and Iranian Societies from across the UK and the event is open to students as well as the general public.
