4th Annual Seminar: Cultural Competency in family law Practice: California Issues, Global Experience
16 California Family Law Practitioners born, educated and/or practicing in 4 Continents/Legal Systems, examine California Family Law issues (i.e. Premarital, Marriage, Spousal Rights and Duties, and Divorce), in the global setting. A panel of multinational psychologists will address micro-aggression and hidden prejudices in our practice. A Panel of Family Law Judicial Officers will join the "Lunch with Your Family Law Judge", a unique opportunity for Judicial Officers, attorneys and psychologists to communicate and exchange views regarding the influence and role of culture in our family law litigation.
MCLE Credits: 6 Hour/Units General and Legal Specialization (Family Law), including 2 hours of Ethics, and Elimination of Bias
