Mustafa Tameez’s long career in communications and public affairs has focused on helping clients overcome challenges both here and abroad. Texas Monthly Magazine named Mustafa one of 5 political players to watch in Texas. He served as Mayor Bill White’s Campaign Manager and Political Director; as well as a senior Consultant to Sheriff Adrian Garcia and Congressman Nick Lampson. He holds a seat on Unity National Bank’s Board of Directors; the Houston Downtown Management District; is Co-Chair of the South Asian Chamber of Commerce, and a news analyst and contributor for the Houston Chronicle, the Texas Tribune, and FOX 26. Mustafa now provides consulting to the business and non-profit sector. He is Managing Director of Outreach Strategists, a bipartisan public affairs firm with offices in Houston and Austin.
