Iranian community at Michigan Tech celebrates the new year (Norooz) to share Iranian new year tradition at Michigan Tech. Everyone is invited to join us to celebrate the beginning of spring together. This year, our event includes Iranian banquet, dance performances, live music by "Lily Afshar" and featuring stand up comedy by "Tehran" invited from California. Our event is March 25, 6-9 pm, followed by one hour fun after-party.
