All guests will enter the front office of Hatfield Farm and fill the waiver forms. All guests are required to fill both forms. See attached. Children younger than 19 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Two buses will take the guests from the front office to the location of the event. The fist bus will leave at 7 PM and the second bus will leave at 7:30 PM. There will be no bus after 7:30 to take the guests to the event and it will not be possible to walk to the event within the territory of the farm.
We therefore ask that all guests be present in the Farm at 7 PM and sign the forms.
Ticket price:
$12 for ICS Members ($6 for their 6 years or younger children)
$20 for non-members ($10 for their 6 years or younger children)
No alcoholic beverages are allowed inside the property and the management of Hatfield Farm will take them away. Alcoholic beverages will not be served during the event.
Pop, water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate are available at no additional cost. Snacks and Ajil will be served too.
