The Iranian Scottish Association (ISA) will celebrate Tirgan at
Arta club on Monday 4th of July from 6:00pm till midnight.
Tirgan is an ancient Iranian tradition which is still celebrated in various regions of Iran. It is wildly attested by historians such as Gardezi, Biruni and Masudi as well as European travelers during the Safavid era.
