Fall semester may have started a while ago, however the Fall season will not, unless we hold the Mehregan festival (Persian Festival of Fall). Please join us in celebrating the beginning of this beautiful and colorful season on
September 26th, 2015. We may not have the perfect Fall colors of orange and brown here in Gainesville, but we want to make everyone feel like we are a part of it. Please make sure to be there on time and in the harmonious colors. We will try our best to make this event a remarkable one for everyone, but your help will significantly enhance it.
We would highly appreciate it if you could help out in any way possible-- from setting up the room to helping with that night’s events.
We will have a theme for this Mehregan event: Please wear orange, brown, black or burgundy! This will be a great photo shot!
One more thing: We ask that everyone brings a postcard in order to write some type of wish or happiness for someone else for the rest of the year. We will collect the
postcards as soon as you walk through the door and throughout the night, we will distribute it amongst everyone.
